Hey there!
I’m Lauren, a people-driven designer based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Colleagues have described me as a “five-foot-one person with five-foot-ten energy,” which I think is a way of saying I bring a dynamic presence to the room. I get energy out of bringing people together and lifting them up, especially in pursuit of a common goal.
As a designer, I love simplifying complex systems and the way people interact with them. I seek to understand the unseen ways systems we touch daily affect our sense of purpose, community, and belonging.
Outside of work, you can find me playing ultimate frisbee, doing the NYT Crossword, or talking about human-centered city design.
